Hello guys!
Amazing how quick time goes, right? It only seems few days ago that we were doing our last full moon ceremony and here we are again, getting ready to set up some intentions and play with the beautiful energy of the moon.
New moons are magic new beginnings full of potential and opportunity but also a good time to reflect. You know by now that I have been on a "gardener" mood for a while. Trying to make my environment easier to manage, prettier and more fun. Around three months ago I started to tackle a raised bed that was built around five or six years ago and went wild... overgrown and a little nightmare to handle. I first cleared all the vegetation. I used every tool I had and finally managed to make it look "tidy". But I knew that if I wanted to use the raised bed and bring some life into it again I had to go a bit deeper. And the digging began!.
It took days and weeks to get it cleared of roots. The ground was so packed of them that there was no room for anything else on it. There was no point to plant anything. Nothing would grow. I needed to create room for new "opportunities" aka: vegetables ;)
I know you are a smart bunch and by now you have me half figured out. So I think you are guessing where I'm coming from and where I'm going...
We talked before about how the full moon represents more male energy and the new moon female energy. But for a second, let's leave the moon and let's go back to primary school and talk about bees and flowers. So, boys and girls have different bodies and they complement each other (from a physiology perspective) in order to create life. The male genitals manifest and express outwardly but the female inwards. The male is the seed. The female the fertile ground for the seed to grow. Full moon. New moon.
So tomorrow night we will have a new moon. And like that fertile ground ready to receive and nurture that seed. That female energy is ready to accept and nurture your intentions, ideas, dreams, adventures... new beginnings. It doesn't matter how big or small it is. Never underestimate the power of a seed.
But we also know, that to get to the point of having a wonderful rich and fertile ground ready to be cultivated, we also need to clear the weeds and sometimes dig some deep roots that have been there for a long, long time.
In our ceremonies we bring new things into our lives through conscious intention and repetition. But we also let go of "things" that no longer serve us. With the purpose to create room for the new to come. This is what "healing" is about guys. And not always gets done in an instant. Sometime when we think is cleared and "tidy" we find roots and stones and things we never saw before and didn't realise where there. That's all the fun!.
And remember: there is no healing if we are not ready to let go of attachment.
We are so conditioned to live in a low male energy vibration that "control" rules our lives, and we perceive the void of the female energy as a very scary place: the magic of the unknown. But that control over what happens, how, when, with whom, etc... makes us vibrate at a different sync than the rest of Nature. We want things to stay as they are. Sometimes even if they are a disaster! But as long as things are, as they are... we are in control... we are safe... we understand... we ARE.
But you and me know, that things change. And that we see the beauty of a seed coming out of the ground. But don't see the beauty in that plant or tree going back into the ground. Reaching that point on its journey were offers a last flower or fruit or a beautiful scent able to nurture our soul through our senses.
In our last ceremony we did a little ritual with a flower, remember? It was beautiful. It was radiant, fresh, vibrant... but time went by and everyday we looked at that flower for what it was and now what it is. What once "was" but will never be again. Without an option to "be". Just "to be" right now, right here as it is.
Our flower was full of devotion and admiration. Now, fifteen days later, she has changed and instead of appreciating those changes of this new way of being that kept changing every day we saw the flower for what it was not any more.
How we perceive the world is the same as how we perceive the transformation of that flower. And understand that there is a moment for everything, and we need to let go of what the flower once was in order to appreciate what is becoming. Even if it is going to disappear into thin air. We need to let her go in order to celebrate her whole existence. Basically we move into the flow and let go of a "control" mindset.
For this new moon I invite you to look into the void and open yourself to see the beauty in the process of transmutation without judgement. Sit down with your flower and reflect upon her journey and how every day changed. And it was ok. And it is ok. Because it is ok to become something else, even if we don't know what it is or what it was expected or even planned. Because at the end of the day... that flower... is YOU.
- The challenge of this new moon is this: we will open ourselves to let go of the idea of who we should be and how life should be. That's all. No lists this time. Just one single thing. And in that process we will offer our flower to fire to create a new beginning of pure potential where it's energy won't be conditioned to any particular form. I want you to be mindful with this and if it is not a possibility use fire, to offer your flower to mother earth digging a whole or letting it rest on the ground in nature for the elements to do their thing. Please do not make a bonfire in your living room ;)
- After that I want you to think on those roots that have been holding you back. Not letting your ground be as fertile as it could so your dreams are not evolving and growing as they could. Because there is no room for them. Think of those roots and thank them. Forgive them. Forgive yourself for allowing them to take over. Love them. Set them free and let them go.
- But at the same time, I want you to do something else (if you wish of course!): eat a fruit and keep the peep or stone and bring it to some ground so you become a conduit of creation. And when you do that, just open yourself to the possibility that everything is possible and let go of the attachment of what that seed should become. What you think you should become.
- Show respect and gratitude for the life it was and will be and have been offered in this process.
I know I'm making you think and reflect. But also know that little by little and in your own way you are integrating some of the ideas we talk about. And that's all that matters.
I'm going to leave it like this for today. I hope you enjoy it. Have fun! Ask any questions you might have and make it your own. You are the magick. I just give you the canvas.
Be awesome, embrace all that you are and thanks for taking part in this ceremony.
Love you all,
Dakini Elora

PS: I’ll be putting your names down in my list to connect us all and use the channel to increase the energy of transmutation. This is not a shopping list: I need a new car, or my boyfriend is an asshole make him nice, or my boss is a bitch just turn her into a teddy bear… no my dears… that’s not how it works! Hahahaha but seriously we are not here to do dark magick, we don’t ask for others only for us and within us. But just in case, I bound the circle for the good of all concerned and with no strings attached.
If any of you don’t want their name to be added to my list, just shout! Text me, call me, let me know please. Your individuality and empowerment will always be honoured and respected. Always :)
